The rescuers of Millie the puppy in the Bahamas did not know how adorable her breed could be. That’s because her matted fur had become dreadlocks.
Dreadlocks covered Millie’s face so badly that they caused her pain when trying to walk. Moreover, she was undernutrition, covered in ticks, and had the appearance of having been malnourished.
She is only about three years old, and it appears she’s been neglected for most of her life. The kind people at the Bahamas Humane Society made her life a lot better when they found her and took her in.
After shaving Millie’s hair for hours, giving her medical and dental treatment. The rescuers taught her how to trust, and helped her to learn to love again.
Through the Bahamas Humane Society, one of the volunteers, Patricia, fostered Millie on her very own rescue farm. Although she meant to prepare Millie for adoption, the plan was destined to fail.
Being such a part of Patricia’s life, she could not part from Millie. She also became a part of her forever family.
Moreover, it thrilled Patricia and rescuers to discover Millie’s adorable breed of dog – she is the cutest chihuahua-shitzu mix you have ever seen!
As a result, the new Millie will make you speechless.
