On Christmas night, five abandoned puppies, zipped in a duffel bag, were found near a Tulsa gas station counter. Luckily, they were blessed on Christmas and adopted by four Tusla Police officers and a QuikTrip employee.
On Christmas, a QuikTrip employee found a strange duffel bag abandoned near the store counter. Concerned, the man called the police after finding five puppies inside.
When the officers reached the scene, they offered to adopt the abandoned puppies.
All four took one dog, while the QuikTrip employee adopted the fifth puppy. The sweet puppies were a Christmas miracle, and each would have a warm cozy home to spend their holiday season.
The Tulsa Police, in a Facebook post, said, “Overwhelmed with Christmas feelings, four of the officers immediately adopted four of the puppies, and the fifth went home with the QT employee. Big thanks to the cute pups, awesome officers, and QT employee.”
We’re grateful that the QT employee and the Tulsa Police gave the abandoned puppies new homes. The cute doggos will now spend New Year with their new families.
It’s sad that, unlike these pups, not many abandoned dogs find homes and continue to live on the streets.
We at PoochStar strongly condemn abandoning dogs and puppies. All dogs and puppies are a god-send and deserve all the love, care, and kisses in the world.
Thank you Tulsa Police Department for the story. Thank you KOCO 5 News for the video!
