Kelly Andrew, a Boston writer, relates the story of how her four-legged companion dog breaks into the nursery to save her 9-month-old newborn daughter’s life.
Kelly Andrew told Good Morning America that no matter how many times she shooed Henry away, her dog breaks into the nursery every time she turns around.
Fortunately, this was not their pet’s regular activity, so it caught their attention just in time to hurry their newborn baby to the hospital: “Her airway was not being cleared. She began to get blue and rigid, and she couldn’t get enough oxygen.”
Last night the dog kept breaking into the nursery and waking the baby. She’s been sick, and I was getting so fed up with him.
Until she stopped breathing.
We spent the night in the hospital. I don’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t woken her. We don’t deserve dogs. pic.twitter.com/PBJCJVflgh

Doctors were able to clear the newborn girl’s airways at the hospital and ensure that she was healthy enough to return home.
How To Get Your Baby And Dog Acquainted |
The pair lavished praise on their canine companion, revealing that he would receive an additional gift this holiday season.
“We’re treating the dog a little more,” her husband Jeff explained.
“He was permitted to sleep on my bed last night, and he’ll be getting a steak soon.”
Both parents are ecstatic about the Boston terrier that followed his instincts: Kelly said, “He’s never done anything quite so courageous before.”
Moreover, the article rapidly went viral, with thousands of likes and retweets and others sharing their personal experiences.
However, there appear to be many pets who have performed heroic acts to help their humans. Individuals flooded the thread with stories of their tiny pals, whether about saving a child from SIDS, assisting people in managing with melancholy and mood swings, or dealing with seizures.
