You getting ready to go out to your favorite spot for dinner. Putting on makeup, getting into your finest evening wear, and about to head out the door. But someone is wondering where you are off to without them. You long for the day you can find dog food restaurants so you can take your pooch with you on these family outings.

Well here are the top 10 restaurants where you can accompany your dog to the table and have dinner together. Or even just a coffee date.

1) The Dog Bar. St. Pete, Florida

This combo place is a great place for doggy dates. While you have a drink from their full liquor, beer, and wine bar with the pals, the dogs will go out and have fun. All dogs are allowed as long as they can behave themselves after a few drinks and are fully vaccinated.

The outdoor and indoor play area possesses an astroturf for clean and comfortable play. There are swimming pools, ramps, tunnels, and for the loungers, cots. And you can sit back and relax as there are doggie supervisors to ensure your dog’s safety.

2) Moss Beach Distillery. Moss Beach, California

Dog food restaurants

We get it, sometimes you want something more romantic. Well, here you can sit at a lovely beachside restaurant with your pooch on the patio. Your dog can order almost anything from kibble to steak. They even have a fire going so the two of you can cuddle and watch the sunset.

3) The Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar. Nationwide

This lovely place is more for a laze. You can meet friends and family for delicious coffee and dinner while they serve up the works for your dog. A comfy seat, water, and yummy food. What more does a dog need.

4) Shake Shack. New York, New York

Dog food restaurants

The Pooch-ini looks delightful. Dog biscuits and vanilla custard? Where is mine? Well, I don’t think my pooch will want my grimy paws over their food. But they are a restaurant chain that offers delicious food for you and your dog.

5) The Dining Dog Cafe And Bakery. Allentown, Pennsylvania

Dog Food Restaurants

These treats look good enough to eat but remember it is for your dogs. And if you did not think this place was for dogs, the doggie waiters will convince you. The waiters pull a little cart to your table for you. I am sure it is alright to give them a little cuddle as well.

They understand if your dog gets a bit too excited with all the delicious smells around, so they have put leash tie-ups at every table to keep your dog still.

6) The Nauti Dawg Marina Café. The Lighthouse point, Florida

Dog Food Restaurants

Your dog will love you for bringing them here. With a full menu just for your dog, it will be a real dining experience for them. And yes, they do have a human menu as well. Close to the lighthouse, where you can sit and look out to the dock, you will be instantly comfortable and not want to leave.

7) Starbucks. Nationwide

Guessing you weren’t thinking you were going to see Starbucks on this list. Well, here they are. Although they only offer one item for your dogs, they will go nuts for this Puppuccino. All it is is whip cream served in an espresso-shot-sized cup.

So when you get your coffee and scone from Starbucks, ask for their Puppuccino from their “secret menu”. It is even free.

8) In ‘N’ Out. Nationwide

Dog Food Restaurants

If you need to grab something on the go, In ‘N’ Out offer “pup patty” that your dog will enjoy. It is just an unseasoned hamburger patty in the signature In ‘N’ Out takeaway bag. But it will have them licking their chops. And don’t be embarrassed if you want to order the same thing.

9) The Dog Cafe. Los Angeles, Calafornia

So this place you cannot bring your own dog. Nor is it a place where you will get food. But it makes it on the list for its initiative to bring you to adopting a rescue. They offer tea, coffee or lemonade while you get to spend time with all the rescue dogs looking for a new family.

If you bond with them, you can take them home (but not instantly, there is an adoption process). So if you are looking for a new member of the family, this place is great to do a meet and greet.

The recognition that dogs are part of the family is so comforting to see. These dog food restaurants have your pooch in mind and are not afraid to show it. Although it is enjoyable to go out and get a takeaway for your pet, we do support responsibility when it comes to feeding animals. And everything must be done in moderation. So go out and spoil your pooch.

If you have had experience at these dog food restaurants or have had an experience somewhere else, we would love to hear about it in the comments below.
