Dog lovers out there, this one’s for you.
These Golden Retrievers’ human dad makes a pretty strong statement in this story, and his dogs’ actions are the perfect proof.
It all started when this family decided to get themselves another puppy – his name’s Colin. They already had one at that time, and his name’s Sterling.
Colin and Sterling became the best of friends, but their dad started to notice something peculiar about his beloved dogs.
Sterling would always sit on one particular spot in the house, and he would just stare at his dad. That’s until dad calls him to play, which Sterls rarely says no to.
But when dad’s not around or he’s occupied with something else, Sterling would just go back to that spot and stare.
Colin, on the other hand, is another story. This little guy may be young, but he has explored more than his older sibling did.
Furry angels
This hooligan would do everything from stealing underwear, biting Sterling’s coat, destroying slippers, and a ton of other cheeky stuff.
The head-scratcher is when he decides to bite at walls. Yep, you read that right, he attempts to eat walls!
Fluffy rascals
Also, when he’s not doing all that, he would just run around the house and zoom past Sterling who would then look at him with utter confusion.
So what does this all mean? Well, according to their dad, Colin is the dog equivalent of a toddler, while Sterling behaves like an adult.
Colin’s devious while Sterling is angelic most of the time, and we think that’s a pretty accurate depiction. We came to a similar conclusion, so this dad’s right on the money.
What do you think about this dog dad’s statement? Do you agree with him? We’d be stoked to know what’s inside those noggins, so comment and share away!
