Harvey, the Golden Retriever is the star of a yoga class with his signature pose, loved by many. If you’re looking for some yoga inspiration for your next class, take a look at this poser.
The retriever is super cute and a talented yoga class partner.
He has learned special skills that he likes to show off in his hooman’s yoga class in Denver, Colorado.
Seven-year-old Harvey and his mom, Erica Mackiewicz have been inseparable since he was just a puppy. The mom and son duo share a special bond and Harvy accompanies her to every class, where she is an instructor.
The golden boy has been attending Erica’s yoga classes for the past two years. He has pretty much stolen the show. The participants of the yoga class love watching Harvey and they shower him with doggo treats.
“I swear they come more for him than the yoga,” Erica said.

In his signature pose at the yoga class, Harvey lays on his back and holds a tennis ball on his front paws. Mackiewicz and her students were impressed by the dog’s balancing skills.
She said, “Harvey started doing this as a puppy and he figured out how to do it all on his own!”
Apart from his famous balancing move, Harvey’s second favorite pose is the downward dog. When the good boy is not helping his hooman with the yoga class, he loves to hike.
If you are near Ironton and love yoga, you’re likely to run into Harvey and his mom showing their skills in a yoga class. Harvey’s son, Ludo sadly does not have his dad’s balancing skills.
But the puppy is following in his dad’s footsteps.
You can watch Harvey and Erica in action, every Tuesday at 6 pm in Ironton.
Thank you The Dog People for the blog. Thank you Harvey for the cool video!
