Hide and seek is a game that most kids know and like to play. Perhaps, this is because of the thrill of chasing one another and the excitement you can feel when you find someone. And playing with a golden retriever would not be different.
But, it’s not only adults and kids who enjoy a good game of hide-and-seek, even pets do! Moose, a Golden Retriever living with his owners Shane and Lindsey in Irvine, California had an exciting and hilarious game.
Moose and his owners were caught on video while having some fun playing hide and seek in the bathroom. The adorable Golden Retriever pup was seen frantically looking in and out of the bathroom looking for Shane.
It was so endearing to see the pup getting excited and people on the internet loved it. The video went viral and many were commenting about how the pet’s reaction was so cute.
According to Shane, he decided to hide behind the bathroom door and took out his phone to record the reaction of the Golden Retriever.
And then, we see the dog being giddy and excited while shuffling from different corners of their house and searching for Shane.
So, how do you know he’s excited? Well, from the amount of intense tail-wagging, of course. In addition to his adorable reaction to the game of hide-and-seek, you can also see how fascinated Moose was with the bathroom mirrors.
In the video, you can also see Lindsey asking Moose where the pup thinks Shane was hiding. It was then that the adorable dog caught a glimpse of his owner in the mirror.
The golden retriever pup has gone from excitement to confusion in the span of seconds. He turned serious and looked at the reflections on the mirrors and seemingly processing what he was seeing.
The adorably baffled Moose had to do some double-takes. However, as soon as he caught on to what was happening, he quickly jumped into action and “tagged” Shane in the most adorable “gotcha!” moment.
